What actually happens inside re:fine
Twice a month, we meet on live calls.
We start the month with a hotseat call. You bring whatever’s going on right now, and we dig into it together. No agenda. Just focused problem-solving and perspective from me and the group.
Our second call is all about strategy and support. I might share a tool, framework, or idea that fits what we’ve been talking about in the group. Then we dig into what you’re working on and how to keep making progress.
Between calls, you have direct access to me through private messaging for the moments when you need a gut check or help thinking through a decision.
You have an active community around you. Wins, updates, ongoing support between calls. The conversation doesn’t stop when the call ends.
When you do the work, you earn private one-on-one calls with me. Not time-based. Earned. When you make progress and actually implement the plans we’ve created, you earn focused one-on-one time with me to keep you moving forward and make your next plan.

When I closed the Collective last year, it was because everyone had grown so much, and I knew what brought us this far wouldn’t take us where we want to go. It was time for the group to evolve too.
